oy. Glasses and kids just shouldn't go together...but then we would have a lot of really clumsy children bumping into each other and thats not cool either. Maybe you should buy stock in Lens Crafters for the next few years...if not, we have a pair of glasses he can borrow :)
There are some you can buy with a garantee that if they break you get a new pair of frame. I remember breaking and losing glasses as a kid. It is hard.
Ok, that is a oddly nice picture of the glasses, did you just take that or did you photo shop it or something? I am glad none of my kids wear glasses yet although their chances of going all through life without them are very slim.
That is just a set every 6 months, seriously for a 10 year old, that isn't bad right? Just think of poor Tami trying to keep Maddie's implant safe...
ReplyDeleteJessica goes through a set every year and she doesn't have any kids yet, so I don't think your doing too bad!

ReplyDeleteYou would think with how long glasses have been around they would come up with a pair that would never break and still look good.
ReplyDeleteYeah I bet glasses as stylish as Emily's would never break. I hope you have a guarantee on them. If not, I recommend it on his next set.
ReplyDeleteOur 11-year-old is on pair number 3 and he's only been wearing them since April...I told him the next pair is on him.

ReplyDeleteThe 1st two were under warrenty. This one was supposed to be the bendable, unbreakable kind. Falling on your face was too much for it.
ReplyDeleteBrenda- I used my scanner. Learn how on Digital Photography School in this post.

ReplyDeleteBTW I tagged you on my blog.
I think it might be time to teach him how to put in contacts.
