Hello House

Well, the lease has been signed, the utilities called, the movers scheduled and we should be in our new home by next week. Pretty exciting? The moment we walked through the door, Peter and I both knew this was the right place. For the next 13 months, this will be our home:

  4. W-O-W ! As Bryan and I were watching the pictures we saw the first picture of the master bath and I said "wow, it has a small master bath." Then it went to the next picture and I said "never mind" Great house. Dont get too attached (either that or get as attached as you want then fly us out to visit!)

  8. Gordon, in 13 months we will have hopefully sold our house in NC.

Mom, it could be lease to own, but there is no way we could afford it.
It is a miracle they are asking such low rent- they just wanted to cover taxes, beach association, and insurance while the market here stabalizes.

  9. I'm loving the yard with the planter boxes. Are you going to put a garden in? Also the bunker (craft room) where you can hole up and scrapbook. I saw a "food storage" (snacking contraband) room, bathroom, sink, and counter space for a microwave down there, so I see no reason why you would need to come up for air once you get scrapping. Oh yeah, the six kids! What a great house. I'm so glad you guys found it!

  11. I am coming to visit just to use your bath! Wow it is really beautiful. I would be super scared of keeping the kids out of the water. I can't wait to see it for real some time!

  12. This is one nice house - and with your touch it will be a wonderful home.

Does it have room for mom and me?

If not - then how about just room enough for me?
